7. Qualifications and Experience:
Please detail your extensive and demonstrated relevant experience in undertaking civil design projects with associated computer aided design software including project specifications, estimate, tender and contract documentation.

8. Leadership:
Please explain your demonstrated experience in managing tertiary qualified staff with well developed leadership skills and be able to effectively coordinate the activities of the team and set an environment that motivates and supports staff to achieve high levels of performance by coaching.

9. Communication Skills:
