Subdivision Civil Approvals Engineer (101441)

Hume City Council has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Subdivision Civil Approvals Engineer to join the Subdivisional Development department.

You will be required to review and evaluate design and construction plans ensuring they meet Council's specifications. Successful applicant is required to have a current drivers licence.

Key Skills

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or extensive experience in civil engineering with lesser formal qualifications.
  • Extensive experience in the review and evaluation of engineering construction plans both Residential and Industrial Development types.
  • Ability to review detailed infrastructure documents such as soil, drain computations and traffic reports and cost estimates, to ensure compliance with relevant Australian and industry standards and guidelines.
