Hume City Council Children's Service's department is seeking suitably qualified Early Childhood Diploma Qualified Educators to lead the development of innovative children's educational programs in collaboration with staff, families and children. This will include planning, implementing and evaluating programs for children and creating inclusive, secure and interactive learning environments. Sound knowledge of current theory in practice, pedagogy and contemporary early years reforms will complement Council's Children's Services team.

The ability to lead and motivate a team, along with knowledge and experience in meeting the regulatory requirements of all relevant legislation and guidelines is essential.
