Customer Service / Administration Officer - Immunisation (101806)

The Health & Community Wellbeing department is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual that is required to work in the immunisation team. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and administration support demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated computer skills in Word, Excel and data bases are required. Flexible availability for work is essential, working day, evening and an occasional Saturday morning session. The desired candidate will have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and ages. Experience in the area of immunisation is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Key Skills

  • Sound administrative and organizational skills, desirable a tertiary qualification in administration, or related field or lesser formal qualifications including demonstrated experience in customer service and administration.
  • The ability to operate the laptop/notebook computers, use Word, Excel, Outlook and able to interpret and use databases.
  • The ability to work effectively within a team environment and use sound judgment and decision making skills to provide a high level of customer service and problem solving within set parameters and guidelines.
