Customer Service /Administration Officer (100014)

To provide high quality administrative support at outreach immunisation sessions and schools, respond to client requests and administer customer requirements in an effective accurate manner.

The Administration Officer must ensure a high level of accuracy of all electronic and non-electronic recording and maintenance of immunisation histories. At times the Administration Officer will provide support for office based immunisation programs using sound judgement at all times. All decisions are made within set parameters and guidelines.

Most of the time you will be working with members of the public so excellent customer service skills are required.

Key Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in administration, or related field or lesser formal qualifications with demonstrated experience in customer service and administration.
  • Sound administrative and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
